RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@ofdirtandgrace.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please do not send returns directly to the supplier. All returns must be approved by us and returned to the specified return address we provide.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
