About the event
As the stillness of winter invites us inward, this gentle somatic practice led by Kylie Rowley, offers women a sacred space to ground, release, and renew.
Together, we will send our roots deep into the earth, connecting with Mother Earth’s unconditional love, support, and protection. From a place of balance and receptivity, we can feel safe, held, and ready to cultivate the life we wish to create.
Through slow somatic movement and reflection, we will explore the themes of winter: clearing out what no longer serves, cleansing old patterns and beliefs, opening to manifestation energy.
Guided by the nurturing qualities of the Mother Archetype, this practice supports us in letting go, making space, and planting new seeds of intention for the year ahead.
Women are invited to join a guided somatic practice to release, reset, and plant fresh intentions for 2026 from a grounded state of being.
