Of Dirt & Grace presents Unfurl: a Somatic Exploration of Sensation and Spring.
Women are invited to join Somatic Coach, Kylie Rowley, in a somatic immersion to honour the energy of Spring and the quiet, powerful awakening that lives within your own body.
This gathering invites you to explore the gift of Sensation: the ability to sense and receive. This gift creates safety in the body to receive pleasure, joy, vitality, and nourishment through your felt experience.
As nature begins to stir, we’ll attune to our own Inner Spring, a season of renewal, self‑cherishing, and gentle expansion. Through guided movement, meditation, and inner‑cycle wisdom, we’ll explore the bridge from Me to We, the balance of light and dark, and the fertile ground of new beginnings.
We’ll work with the element of water, inviting its fluidity, adaptability, and creative energy into our bodies. Water teaches us how to soften, how to change…
