About the event
Join us half day somatic retreat to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.
Autumn is a time of harvest. A moment to pause and acknowledge all that has grown, changed and expanded within us.
As the nature begins to turn inward, we are invited to do the same. This Autumn Equinox offers us a crossing from what has been and what is yet to come. A time to take stock of where we are, to honour what has come to fruition and to make room for the visions that are beginning to take shape.
